Privacy Policy
This page explains what puritytestbyrice.com collects and what it does not collect. The short version is this: your test answers stay on your own device, and this site uses Google Analytics only to count visits.
Your test answers
The Rice Purity Test on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are never sent to a server, stored in an account, or shared with anyone. Your progress is saved only on your own device, in your browser local storage, so you can pick up where you left off. You can clear it at any time with the “Start over” button on the test.
This site does not ask you to sign up, and it does not create an account for you. It does not collect your name, your email address, or any other personal details through the test itself.
Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4, measurement ID G-XGJKFLB42C) to count visits and to understand which pages people use. Google Analytics collects visit information such as which pages you visit, how you arrived on the site, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. It does not receive your test answers.
Google processes this visit data under its own privacy policy. This site does not sell visit data, and it does not use Google Analytics for advertising.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies, such as _ga, to tell one visit apart from another and to count returning visits. No other analytics or advertising tracker is loaded by this site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not stop the test itself from working, because the test uses your browser local storage, not analytics cookies. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across the web with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new last updated date.
